Review: Disappointing.Tried them for the first time as I needed a business that delivered on Sundays. Ordered the luxury bundle for my mum’s 60th which cost £100 + VAT. Was incredibly disappointed when they arrived. While pretty, they looked nothing like the bundle online – much smaller and quite underwhelming. Looked more like a £50 bouquet instead of £100. Reached out to customer service and they just told me the number of stems were correct and that was that. Wouldn’t recommend – at least not the luxury bouquet.

Review: I can’t recommend Arena enough. My husband gifted me a fortnightly delivery for our anniversary..this brings me joy every two weeks. The flowers are stunning and their customer service has been outstanding. I’ve had to change two deliveries at short notice and there has been no issue with this at all. So helpful, really accommodating and very quick to respond.

Review: Flowers were fresh and beautiful and made my friend smile, thanks for your service. However, I was disappointed that the flowers arrived loose and not tied up to a bouquet. Being a florist myself I know the logistics of delivering flowers and the difficulties of delivering them fresh and intact. So I do understand that it is easier to send them that way but when ordering the peach punch bouquet I did expect them to arrive as a bouquet. It was not clearly stated on the website that they arrive loosely.
